Returns & Refunds
We’re sorry if there was a problem with your purchase from BROWS BY SARAH – THE BRANDÂ
For full information on our refund policy, please read below:
- You will need your email and order number to process this request: please email sales@brows-by-sarah.comÂ
- There is no extra cost for exchanges, although exchanges are subject to availability.
- Please note that for Bundle Purchases, individual items cannot be returned separately.
- Please note we only offer refunds if the product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, the packaging is in a re-sellable condition and the refund request is made within 14 days of order. This is for hygiene reasons.
- We have a 14 day refund policy; from the day the item is ordered, you will have 14 days to request a return.
- If you have received a different item from the one you ordered – we’re sorry! We will get the right product to you – just email sales@brows-by-sarah.comÂ
- Any items that are not returned as new as per the above guidelines we won’t be able to refund your product.
- Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.
- Card refunds can take between 5 – 10 working days to show into your account.
